Each subscription plan is applicable to a single point of collection. A point of collection is defined by the unique combination of the following three elements:
• Company Identifier (UID/AVS)
• Physical Address
• IBAN
Any modification to one or more of these elements requires the creation of a new point of collection and a corresponding new plan subscription. The complimentary targeted campaigns included in the EVOLUTION and the PRO plans have a total cap of 1,000 customers for each campaign. Campaigns exceeding this threshold will be charged (see point 2)
2. SUBSCRIPTION CHANGES & BILLING
Upgrade: any upgrade to a higher subscription tier (e.g., from Evolution to Pro) will take effect immediately. The billing for the current month will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis to reflect the change.
Downgrade: any downgrade to a lower subscription tier (e.g., from Pro to Evolution) will take effect on the 1st day of the following month. Your current plan’s pricing will remain applicable until the end of the ongoing month.
3. MARKETING CAMPAIGNS
• Standard campaigns (several days): 0.01 CHF per targeted customer per day
• Flash campaigns (one day only): 0.005 CHF per targeted customer per hour
A targeted customer is defined as any customer meeting the campaign’s eligibility criteria. When a control group is enabled, its members are also included in the total eligibility count. This total is clearly displayed on the campaign validation screen. Once a marketing campaign is published, the number of targeted customers is locked. Any modifications would require stopping the current campaign and creating a new one.
4. LOCAL SUPPORT / ROUND-UPS
For every P2M (Peer-to-Merchant) transaction, a customer has the option to round up their payment to support the local PimPay community. Each round-up is distributed as follows:
• 80% is credited on the merchant’s account
• 20% is allocated to PimPay to cover the operating costs
5. ADMINISTRATIVE & RESEARCH SERVICES
Any specific administrative, research, or compliance-related work performed by PimPay on behalf of a merchant (such as compliance clarifications, historical archive searches, or specific data retrieval) may be subject to a service fee. These services are billed at an hourly rate of 180 CHF.
